Ingress endpoints
Each endpoint tells the repair Lambda how to re-inject a repaired message
back into that org's rule set. The SMTP password is not set here —
it lives in Secrets Manager; this page only records which secret and key to use.

Probes every configured endpoint (plus the default) from the repair
Lambda's own network: the public egress IP to allowlist (each ingress
traffic policy / the firewall), the SMTP port reachability, and access
to each endpoint's SMTP credentials.
